Mission

The aim of Your Mental Restoration is to make it achievable for anyone to start improving their mindset.  I intend for my services to enhance the well-being of those accessing them.  I believe that a person’s mindset matters to their psychological welfare, and small changes add to big life-long habit changes. That is why, at Your Mental Restoration, I will work to help you refine the ways that you think, behave and ultimately live.

No matter where you are on the journey toward wellness, Your Mental Restoration is an outpost where you can come find comfort and refreshment.

According to Mental Health America as of 2021, the mental health of America’s youth is in decline, and even prior to COVID19 and the worldwide quarantine, adult mental health diagnoses were also increasing.  The odds are high that you have experienced mental anguish in the last year, or know someone who has/is. Check out more on current statistics here.

Even if you do not meet criteria for a psychological diagnosis, I believe it is part of the human condition desire to improve your life.  I have found that while most people know some general ideas for how to improve their mental well-being, they struggle with generalizing the topics (such as diet, exercise, meditation, mindfulness, etc) to their own circumstances.  This is something I address within the blog I write and in my book Adulting Well, which you can purchase on this site!
