The aim of Your Mental Restoration is to make it achievable for anyone to start improving their mindset. I intend for my services to enhance the mental well-being of those accessing them. I believe that a person’s mindset matters to their psychological welfare, and small changes add to big life-long habit changes. That is why, at Your Mental Restoration, I will work with you to refine the ways that you think, behave and ultimately live.
No matter where you are on the journey toward mental health, Your Mental Restoration is an outpost where you can come find comfort and refreshment.
According to 2017 data from the National Alliance for Mental Illness, one quarter of adults experience mental illness in a given year. This data is corroborated by the National Institute of Mental Health. The odds are high that you have experienced mental anguish in the last year, or know someone who has/is.
Even if you do not meet criteria for a psychological diagnosis, I believe it is part of the human condition desire to improve your life. I have found that while most people know some general ideas for how to improve their mental well-being, they struggle with generalizing the topics (such as diet, exercise, meditation, mindfulness, etc) to their own circumstances. This is something I address within the blog I write (and book…coming soon!)
